A hands-on, one-week craftsmanship program where architects and lead developers run through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) exactly as in a real project.
You will learn the process by doing it multiple times until it becomes a playbook you can apply the following Monday.
During this intensive week, you gather requirements, refine and document behavior, ceate and validate your designs, incorporate changes to the required behavior, scaffold the solution, and implement components. At every step, fellow architects discuss your decisions and validate your assumptions.
By the end of the week, you will be the process owner of a structured development process and able to lead your team and company through predictable, high-quality delivery.
